Hello beautiful girls,

Whether you’re going on holiday or not, today I’m going to show you how to transform in a golden Goddess. We’re going to bring the tropical island vibes right to our golden look. Aloha

Creating a golden look can only turn out the way you want it to if you have the right pigmented products. I feel it’s similar to an orange eye look where you’re basically depending on the right shade of orange. Before we go into creating the look, let’s discuss about the products I’ve used and absolutely loved because it’s super important to get this step right since the first time.

Eyes

For my eyes I have used this beautiful The City Mini Palette in Rooftop Bronzes by Maybelline.  The shades in this are stunning and so pigmented. I applied the base shade all over my lid (orange gold shade below) with a brush (on top of an eye pencil) and used my finger to apply the whiter shade on the corner of my lid.

Next, I did a smokey eye using the brown colour at the bottom and made sure I blend it very well with the other colours but also with my skin. As expected, the colour is more striking when applied with your fingers, so I totally recommend doing that for the highlights / white shades. You can watch my tutorial on IGTV after you have a look at the products discussed on here.

This one is the Professional Make-up Retractable Pencil by NYX in the shade Gold. It’s really creamy and sticks to the skin. For the price on Notino is a total steal! I not only applied it on the water line, but also as a base for my eyeshadow and my make-up lasted up to 6 hours.

I’m a massive fan of cat eyes, so I try to sneak a wing in whenever the look allows for it. The only time that I won’t have it on is when I go for a black smokey eye. In this tutorial, I’m using my favourite liquid eyeliner by Guerlain. It’s totally worth the money because if you’re like me and have oily skin, you want your eyeliner to be high quality and not smudge. I’ve tried loads of liners before and this one is my go to now. It never ever goes wrong and the brush is just perfect for creating lines of different sizes. So at the end, when the eyeshadow is set, just draw your line as shown here to complete the look.

As always I’m wearing my trusted Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation because I find it to be the best for my oily skin type. Not to mention how beautiful the blush applies on top of it. When it comes to contouring, I have used this Max Factor Creme Bronzer and it gave my makeup that beautiful golden tone. It is here where you’re going to start seeing the look finally coming together. You can check out my IGTV video later to see how I actually applied these products.

For my blush and highlighter, I went for this gorgeous Makeup Revolution Mini Chocolate palette. It gave my look a beautiful rose gold twist which I really like.

Oh hi there. I’m not really wearing lipsticks, but I picked a really beautiful and creamy one for this specific makeup look. This Clinique Pop Lipstick in Nude Pop from Notino will also prime your lips and give you a really nice pink colour. It really feels like it’s moisturising the lips, so it’s an amazing win for me (not a fan of drying matt lipsticks in general).
