Women Empowerment

I absolutely love writing women empowerment blogs, therefore this blog is dedicated to all my ladies out there who are afraid to go out alone. You might overthink the situation itself a lot, but it’s not that complicated at all! From time to time, people need to spend some quality time with themselves only. Therefore, going on a date with yourself is a wonderful idea.

I must admit that I was also quite anxious when I first tried it. I felt like everybody was watching me, I wanted to spend time on my phone and I felt a bit uncomfortable just because I was worrying too much. In real life, nobody actually cares why are you dining alone. Everyone is just minding their businesses. Everything is in your head.

The benefits

Going out alone will help you clear your thoughts. After a hard week at work, you might need some quiet time. This type of “date” is actually an amazing form of relaxation. You get to focus on the people around you, to actually listen to the music at the restaurant and to enjoy the simple thought of existing.

While you are on your date, you can enjoy a pause from your real life. As funny and silly as it sounds, it’s the perfect time to romanticise your life. Being able to feel like the main character is really empowering. After you’ve finished for the day, your confidence will increase significantly.

Also, this exercise is the perfect way to finish a week. This type of relaxation will help you gain your energy back. You will do amazing on your next week.

How to prepare?

Well, dress up as good as you would if you were to go on a real date. Put on some makeup and chose a nice, elegant outfit. Treat yourself like the goddess you are. You can even try some pampering before getting ready.

Also, if you’re going to romanticise your life at this level, put some of your favourite music on while you’re getting ready. I absolutely love to take care of myself while listening to my favourite jams.

I think it’s so important to focus on ourselves when we feel like it. After all, if we don’t love ourselves, how could others? Our bodies are our temples, and we must take care of them!

How to spend your time?

This women empowerment “date” thing is truly amazing. But how do you spend your time? Well, here’s how I see it. You can walk to the place you’d like to dine in. Maybe you can choose a terrace in order to also enjoy the landscape. You find a table to sit down at and order your favourite drink. A glass of wine goes perfectly in my opinion. Try to avoid spending time on your phone and enjoy how alive everyone is. Pay attention to the things you never do such as how nice the waitress is, how good the food tastes or how much you might like the music. Enjoy the atmosphere and clear your mind for a bit.

After some time focusing on everything around you, start focusing on yourself. You can think about how your week went. Rearrange your thoughts and clear some stuff out. Spend your time doing something productive for your mind. You can even make an imaginary list of thigs you’ll have to do or work on.

Me, myself and I?

That’s right. As I said before, even if you might be a little anxious in the first place, trust me: no one actually cares why are you alone! No one actually stares at you and no one judges. It’s all happening because going out alone is not something you usually do. These negative feelings will pass as soon as you start relaxing a bit. You’ll see.

After all, if someone really is looking at you: trust me, it’s because they can appreciate your courage to go on a date with yourself.

In the end, it really takes some guts to dress up and go dine alone. But who cares? It’s important to spend quality time with yourself. Especially considering how agglomerated your work days are. Focus on your own problems and interests.

After a night out like this, you’ll realise how relaxing spending time alone is.

I hope you liked this women empowerment blog. Have you ever tried going out alone? How did you feel about it? Slide into my Instagram dm’s ( @notagirlygal ) and let me know.

Remember that the time you invest in yourself, in making you better is actually invaluable. You know what they say, what you give is what you get.

Let’s get straight to the point. How do you actually do it?

One amazing way of working on your personal growth is actually through the practice of meditation. I can’t stress enough how much meditation has helped me become a better person, to be calmer and see things from another perspective. In other words, it makes you be at peace with yourself, helps with clearing your mind and aids with thinking more objectively. But, what is meditation and which are its origins?

Continue reading to find out how to work on your personal growth NOW with the help of meditation!

About meditation and its origins

When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a candle in a windless place.

Bhagavad Gita

I find it very interesting how a technique used in the 5th millennium BC is still popular in our day and age. Meditation has ties in ancient Egypt and China. It’s believed that it’s originally from India and throughout the years, neighbourhood countries adopted it.

However, even if specialists can state that meditation began thousands of years ago, the exact date is still uncertain. Imagine that even greek philosophers used to practice meditation in order to improve their philosophical life.

In the past, men and women used to believe they gained wisdom by meditating. Which is actually quite true! During the time when Buddha expanded meditation throughout India, 3 ways of meditation began well known and used.

Jain meditation in India – this type of meditation involves your mantra and thinking deeply about the three pedestals of thinking: focusing your attention on the right faith, knowledge and conduct.

Taoist meditation in China – this practice accentuates on the union with nature and on your inner self.

Confucian meditation in China – in order to engage in this type of meditation you don’t have to stop your thoughts, just to redirect your focus on grasping discipline in your current state.

Let’s take a look at the benefits of meditation now!

1. Meditation keeps the doctor away?

Well, not really, but this practice really improves your health. Meditation is known for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. Therefore, it really does a great job in strengthening your immune system.

Keep your mind and body healthy in order to reach success! In order to make your dreams come true, you’ll have to focus on your physical and mental well-being.

2. Focus and concentration for personal growth

Practicing meditation will help you develop your capacity of focus and concentration. During every session, you’ll have to clear your mind completely and concentrate on your inner self. Therefore, after meditation becomes part of your routine, these skills of yours (focus and concentration) will increase significantly.

3. Be confident and grow beautifully

If you meditate, you will also feel more confident. Confident in yourself and that things will work out exactly how you want them to. I believe everyone knows how important confidence really is these days. Reaching success can be easier if you have this trait in your back pocket. So, make the most out of it!

After you start meditating you will see how much self trust and respect you’ve gained. You will learn how to follow your own intuition and how to achieve your goals.

4. Becoming stress-free

Considering how much you have to focus on clearing your mind and relaxing your body if you are in a meditation state, we can all approve that this practice also reduces stress. If you learn how to control your mind and how to get rid of the unwanted thoughts, you can instantly reduce the level of stress you’re confronting with in a day.

If you want to use your full potential, you’ll have to be relaxed and to stop overthinking things.

5. A creativity boost

If you focus your mind on the positive aspects of life and you meditate weekly in order to maintain your personal growth journey, your creativity will increase on the way. It is normal for you to be much more motivated and creative if your mental state is a good one.

Your mind will be able to think further and to gain much more power, which is just amazing.

It’s wonderful to see how many great things you can achieve if you start to practice meditation. Actually, I believe that if you’re on your road to success and you are keen on achieving your goals, meditation will be your best friend. Why? You might ask. The answer is quite simple. Everyone needs an escape from reality. A place where they can stop stressing so much and where they can focus on themselves only. Isn’t it great that we’ve found this place inside our own minds?

If you can learn how to control your mind, body and soul, the power you’ll hold over your life will be amazing. Create a life you love, because I know you deserve it bestie!

Women empowerment has been on my lips so much recently. I truly want to empower you all lovely women to become the best version of yourselves. Therefore, here I am with another inspiring article on how to stay motivated during Summer. It’s quite hard to focus on your goals when the weather is so inviting, your friends are always hanging out and you just can’t feel like working. However, there are tasks that need to be done and no one will help you achieve your goals besides yourself.

Of course it’s hard, but if you want to reach success you’ll have to set your priorities straight and work on your time management. Enjoy every second of spare time and work as hard as in every other season. You can do it! It gets easier with time, trust me.

If you want to learn 5 tips on how to stay motivated during Summer right NOW continue reading and follow the steps below:

1. Time management

No one said you can’t take breaks. Actually, breaks are also very productive and will help you increase your level of performance. However, you can’t live from break to break. Make up a clear schedule on how you want your days to look like and stick to it. For example:

– Wake up early and work from 8:00am to 12:00pm. After that, you can enjoy a lunch break at your favourite restaurant. If you don’t fancy going on your own, invite one of your friends or your significant other.

– Then you can work from 2pm to 4pm and have a short coffee break at the end of the session.

– Then, do the last tasks from 5pm to 7pm, and now you have your evening free. Not only you’ve worked 8 hours without realising, but you’ve also finished your tasks in time in order to enjoy the rest of the day. You can head to the city, relax, take a walk, do literally anything you want. Moreover, given the high temperatures in Summer, you can’t even go outside before 6pm if you’re not heading to the pool.

2. Change your work space

If you have to work on a project and the weather is way too inviting, don’t stay inside. Change the atmosphere and romanticise your life! Set up a nice and quiet place outside and leave the desk behind. You’ll do two things at once. Moreover, your dose of creativity will increase because you’re feeling happier and your project can have a more successful result. If you feel like you’re stuck inside, go outside! Do everything you can to be as productive as possible. Reach your full potential!

3. Reward yourself!

After a hard day of work, reward yourself! You should never forget to thank yourself for all of the hard work you’ve done in order to achieve your dreams. You can reward yourself with your favourite food, with wine, a day at the spa or even a night out. It’s completely up to you but it’s also necessary. You are a human being after all, don’t forget about the simple pleasures in life. They are as much as important as achieving your goals.

4. Surround yourself with positive people

The environment you’re living in has a great effect on your motivation. Surround yourself with people who care about you and your well-being. This way, if they know you have work to do, they won’t pressure you in delaying your schedule just to hang out. Also, if the people around you have also similar priorities, you’ll be able to motivate each other. This step is all about women empowerment. You’ll have to empower the ladies around you to go after their dreams. All of you can hang out during the weekends or during your days off. If you know how to arrange your schedule, you’ll have time for anything.

5. Love yourself

In order to respect your work and your journey, you’ll first have to love yourself. As I said many times before, YOU are unique in this world. Moreover, you should be your no. 1 priority. Learn how to love yourself with simple exercises such as: writing down five things you love about yourself everyday. You will help your brain realise how great you really are. Also, another practical thing would be to read a few women empowerment quotes every day in the morning. Start your day fresh and confident. Don’t let yourself down and start achieving those goals.

6. Hobbies and passions

It’s proven that hobbies and passions will increase your creativity and your desire to start achieving your goals. Therefore, if painting relaxes you and helps you with your imagination, do it! You should do it as often as you can. It’s so important to make time for our passions. At the end of the day you’ll be much more relaxed and ready to work hard.

All things considered, I hope that this women empowerment article helps you stay motivated during the Summer 2021. Let’s lift each other up this season – send me a DM on my Instagram account (@notagirlygal) and let me know your best tips for staying motivated!

Until next time,

Miss Andrada

I absolutely love promoting women empowerment on my blogs. Therefore, if public speaking tips is what you need now, this is the right article for you!

Standing tall in front of a crowd and holding a speech can get really emotional. It’s hard to maintain the correct position and to nail all of your lines. However, I am here to teach you how to improve your public speaking NOW!

I’ve been put in a position where I had to speak in front of multiple people. I know how hard it can get. Everyone seems to analyse and critique your every move. Also, emotions can easily get in the way. But I’m 100% sure you can do it! It might take a few practice sessions before you head to the scene, but in the end, if you follow these steps you’ll do amazing.

1. Plan your speech

Planning my speech is literally my favourite part before heading to the meeting. You should firstly know your audience in order to know what is the tone of voice you’ll be using. For example, if there’s a small meeting with your colleagues, you can keep it casual. Moreover, you can add a few subtle jokes from here and there. But, if the meeting is important, you should keep a formal tone of voice and treat your speech seriously.

You can also pay attention to the length, you don’t want to bore anyone after all!

And most importantly, don’t forget to start your speech powerful!

2. Practice makes it perfect

Excellence is not an art. It is the habit of practice.

If you want to nail it, you’ll have to practice over and over again. A nice exercise that can make practicing a little funnier is to pretend there’s an audience in front of you and to read your speech out loud. You can even dress up in order to trick your brain into thinking it’s real. However, if you feel like this exercise isn’t working out for you, I have another one! Go find a mirror and read it to yourself! Don’t be embarrassed and get rid of all of the emotions.

While you’re practicing you’ll have to use the same gestures you’ll like to use on the stage. Maybe you can walk a bit, use hand gestures in order to make your speech powerful and don’t forget about facial expressions! You’ll have to work on all of these things!

3. Feedback is always a good idea

After you’ve practiced alone, there’s time for you to start holding your speech in front of some real people. Ask one or two of your friends or family members to help you. Hold your presentation in front of them and at the end ask for their opinion. Don’t forget that negative feedback is also very helpful. Not only this exercise will help you get rid of a few emotions, but it’ll also help you improve your technique. Listen to your loved one’s pieces of advice and track your progress! A little women empowerment is always welcomed after all!

4. Notes can get in the way?!

Many people tend to bury their heads in the notes while they are holding the presentation. In order for this public speaking event to work out great you’ll have to make a connection with the audience. This action is impossible if you can’t make eye contact with the people who are listening to you. Moreover, your speech will seem unnatural if you read it or learn it from scratch. The best way to hold an oration is to create a conversational atmosphere between you and your public. I know it’s quite hard, but I’m also sure you’ll get there sooner or later.

5. Pause

Take your time! I’ve seen people that tend to talk really fast and lose the audience’s attention on the way. No one’s rushes you. Therefore, make sure you’re breathing correctly and taking pauses when necessary. Take your breaks strategically. For example, you can take one right after important points. This way, you can let the people make time to think about them. Let all the information sink in and begin again. Your speech will be much more professional and the people will understand your point of you better.

6. Empowerment

That’s a tip that will help you prepare before getting up on the stage. Talk with your friends or your loved ones before the presentation. Let women empowerment do its job and enjoy a boost of confidence. Sometimes, some nice words is all that you need in order to get rid of the excessive amount of emotions. The people around you will do wonders with your confidence. Therefore, you’ll get up on stage radiating happiness and success. Don’t be afraid of failure, I know you can do it!

7. Don’t be too hard on yourself

Relax. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You are living and learning. Forgive yourself and grow from the experience.

Ankit Verma

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how well you did on your speech. Remember that you have great things to learn from all of your experiences, therefore you should see it as another achievement. And remember that the next time is always going to be better! Don’t overthink the way your speech is going to go! Just let it be!

All things considered, I believe this women empowerment article is really helpful in increasing your confidence for the next speech you’re going to hold. I know you can do it! If you have other questions remember you can always slide in my Instagram DM’s ( @notagirlygal ).

Until next time,

Oh, how much I love writing about women empowerment. I find it so important for us ladies all over the world to continue inspiring and believing in each other. My platform is specially created in order for you to find the answers to your daily questions here. Therefore, today I’ll give you 6 pieces of advice on how to live in the moment. Seize the day girls!

You’ve seen every social campaign encouraging others to live in the moment. Well, I’ll teach you how to start NOW.

Why living in the moment is so important?

Living in the moment is so famous and important because people often tend to get distracted and scared by their past or future, and forget to enjoy the present. Living in the present will teach you how to enjoy life more. After all, you must reach your full potential and create a life you love.

Actually, have you ever imagined how beautiful life would be if you started enjoying little things exactly when they happen? Stop overthinking every step in your journey and start seizing the day! You’ll only live once, right?

1. Meditating

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

Focus on your breath. Inspire and expire. Meditating should work in order for you to focus on the things that matter. Forget about the past or the future. You are living NOW. The past can’t be changed, but the future will be influenced by your present actions.

You can meditate everywhere : a quiet park, your garden, on the beach, on the shore of a river… literally everywhere quiet. Pack a mat and chose a spot! Relief your mind from all the worries by breathing and manifesting your life.

2. Stop being afraid

The meeting of two eternities, the past and the future… is precisely the present moment.

Henry David Thoreau

In order to seize the day, you’ll have to get rid of your fears. I’m not referring to fears of height, spiders, small spaces etc… I’m talking about the little social fears we all have. For example, if you want to dye your hair, do it. Talk to that girl in the back of your classroom, book that flight and travel. Stop overthinking the little enjoyments in life and don’t be afraid. You’ll once realise that all of these fears can do nothing but bad to you.

3. Smile

Remember then: there is only one time that is important – Now! It is the most important time because it is the only time when we have any power.

Leo Tolstoy

You have limited time in this life. Stop taking things for granted and smile more! It’s scientifically proven that smiling will have an effect on your mood. Trick your brain into avoiding negative feelings.

Take a look in the mirror and appreciate your beauty. Even if it might be quite hard for you to find reasons to smile, remember that you’re unique. A good exercise in order to achieve this goal is to write down a few reasons to smile every day. When you wake up take a look over the list, your mood will change instantly.

4. Kill em’ with kindness

You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land, there is no other life but this.

Henry David Thoreau

Kindness can help you improve your happiness in seconds. A great way to live in the moment is to perform different acts of kindness. For instance, if you cross the street and you see a women struggling with grocery store bags, offer your help. This is your chance to promote women empowerment🙂 Also, these acts will not only improve your mood, but it’ll improve someone else’s too. Don’t expect anything back, just be kind.

5. Be thankful

Having spent the better part of my life trying either to relive the past or experience the future before it arrives, I have come to believe that in between these two extremes is peace

It sounds easy, right? Well, it’s not that simple to realise how many things you should be thankful for. You’re surrounded by people who love and admire you, be thankful. Appreciate the little things around you. Not many have the opportunities you might encounter. Learn how to thank people for their gestures. This little exercise will help you a lot in increasing not only your happiness, but will also teach you how to live in the moment.

6. Forget how much the past hurts

Today is life — the only life you are sure of. Make the most of today. Get interested in something. Shake yourself awake. Develop a hobby. Let the winds of enthusiasm sweep through you. Live today with gusto.

Dale Carnegie

I know it might hurt you, but it’s now time to forget it. Focus your attention on other things. Improve your life and try tricking your brain into not thinking about the past. It’s so important to enjoy life at it’s fullest. Therefore, every time a dark memory from your past comes to surface, try finding your comfort memory. Use it all the time. You can think about your loved ones, a moment you’ve felt extremely happy, literally anything. I truly believe YOU can do it.

All things considered, it’s extremely beautiful to be able to live in the moment. Carpe diem babes! I’m always here if you need other women empowerment pieces of advice, just DM me on my Instagram ( @notagirlygal ).

Until next time,

Miss Andrada

Did anyone say Women Empowerment? I’ve written this article for all the women out there who want to improve their self-discipline and go after their GOALS!

Self-discipline is key in achieving any task, so I felt the need to share my best and most effective simple habits for you to improve it.

Firstly, there are some days when you might feel incredibly dissatisfied because you couldn’t finish even half of the chores you had planned out. And that’s OK. To be honest, we we all go through this once in a while, you just have to keep up with your greatest goals and don’t let it become a habit. Therefore, considering how important women empowerment is for me, I’m here to shout from the rooftops: YOU’VE GOT THIS, GIRL!

I truly believe that with good self-discipline you can do anything you plan in life. It’s about knowing how to control your actions, feelings and emotions and the ability to stick to your plans. An improved self discipline positively impacts your state of mind and your well-being, helping with your motivation and productivity.

I’m telling you this from my own experience, the best way to overcome your obstacles is to improve your self-discipline, and these are my best 7 habits that you definitely have to try:

1. Create an inspiring vision board

While I enjoyed a talk with my besties on how to improve women empowerment I discovered this amazing exercise. Putting your objectives wherever you can see them first thing in the morning and last thing at night can help you stay motivated and inspired to wake up and do the things you need to do to achieve your highest ambitions. You simply need to print some photographs that reflect what you want to be, achieve, and obtain, such as a car, a job, or job title. Also, sprinkle in some quotes to keep you on track 😉

2. Practice prioritisation of tasks

When you have to do some things that put you off, you should better do those things first! You’ll feel more relieved and satisfied at the end of the day, I promise you!

Planning your days and determining which tasks are worth allocating the most work to can help you be more productive and effective throughout the day and less prone to postpone things. I also love the 80-20 rule which makes you put 20% effort into something that will bring you 80% results. Organise your daily tasks by date and time on Sunday evenings – it will also help you sleep better knowing that you’ll know exactly what you have to do on a Monday morning.

3. Your diet is important!

Make sure you’re fuelled throughout the day with nutritious snacks and meals every few hours. Eating frequently aids with blood sugar control and it also boosts your concentration and decision-making abilities. In the same time, try to stay away from snacking on crisps or chocolate – they’ll make you feel more sleepy and more likely to procrastinate.

4. Embrace the ‘wrong’

Developing self-discipline requires a departure from your usual pattern, which can be frightening and strange. It will feel wrong to quit a habit and begin a fresh one. Your brain will fight the change because it is trained to do so. What’s the remedy? Accept the unfavourable. Remember that women empowerment exits and that you’ll be accredited by all your besties out there.

5. Reward your efforts

Self-discipline does not imply that your new life must be completely demanding. In fact, denying yourself empathy frequently leads to disappointments and reverting to old habits. Schedule specific breaks, snacks, and prizes for yourself while practicing self-control. Are you on a diet? Saturday can be designated as ice cream sundae day. Are you trying to lose weight? After a month of hard work and gym visits, reward yourself with a massage. Are you trying to save some money? On Sunday, treat yourself to a day at the mall. Self-discipline can be difficult. Reward yourself for your efforts!

6. Don’t get tempted

“Out of sight, out of mind.”Right?

When attempting to increase your self-discipline, removing all temptations and distractions from your environment is a critical first step. If you want to be more in control of your eating, stay away from junk food. Turn off your phone and clean up your desk if you want to boost your focus while working. Get rid of the negative influences in your life to set yourself up for success.

7. Learn how to forgive yourself

It might be difficult to adapt to a new way of life. Remember that things don’t always go as planned, not just physically, but also mentally.

You’ll experience peaks, tremendous successes and utter failures. The most important thing is to keep trying. Accept responsibility for your failure and move on. It’s easy to get caught up in feelings of guilt, rage, or irritation, but these feelings will not aid in the development or improvement of self-control.

Alternatively, see the flaws in your approach as opportunities to improve your strategy in the future. Pardon yourself and return to the game as quickly as possible. It’s more difficult to get back on track the longer you’ve been off your game.

As I mentioned previously, self-discipline is incredibly complicated and essential to cultivate and grow because it involves deciding to change various aspects of your life and getting yourself up when you stumble. You’ll surely reach your true potential with enough time, dedication, and persistence.

Until next time,

Women Empowerment has finally achieved the importance and success it always deserved and I’m here for it. Therefore, today I’m empowering all my babes out there who lack energy throughout the day. I’m sharing with you my 9 tips to boost your energy in a natural way.

You might have been under pressure and stress. Many times, these two factors drain you from the energy you used to have. It is not to blame that from time to time you might not feel like yourself. With a lower level of energy, your productivity can also decrease significantly. You might often feel sleepy, or you might also experience headaches. Everyone experiences different types of “symptoms” due to this lack of energy. However, getting back on track is crucial – after all, you can’t let this affect you and interfere with your well-being.

1. Let’s talk about stress

Stress can consume a huge amount of your energy. Therefore, it’s very important to see the positive aspects of life and avoid dark thoughts. You can find many activities that will help you achieve the positive mindset you’re searching for. For instance, you can try meditating, practicing yoga, running or going in for a hike. Find a hobby that keeps your mind focused and keeps your thoughts away from stress. However, if you feel like the problem might be a little too hard to control, you can join a women empowerment and support group. A little chat with a specialist and other ladies that struggle with the same things as you can turn out to be very helpful.

2. Exercise

Nature heals! It’s one saying that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to forget. Another way of boosting your energy is starting to exercise at least two or three times a week. Sports improve your mental and physical state. Whilst working out in the gym is great, fresh air is actually way better.

Get out of the house and enjoy a breath of fresh air. Some people enjoy packing a mat and doing some exercises in the park. You can delight yourself with a beautiful view, and maybe even a walk home after you’ve finished. Take your mind off of your problems and you’ll see an improvement in your level of energy.

3. Stop overworking

Overworking can also consume huge amounts of your energy, therefore you should try to respect a well balanced schedule. Maybe learning how to say no won’t be that bad either. You should try creating a to do list in order to set your priorities straight. Remember that you are only human after all and that you’ll need a break at some point. If it’s needed, you can even reach out for some help from a colleague or friend.

4. Don’t skip breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why skip it? You have to find at least 20 minutes in the morning to sit down and enjoy some healthy food – I love to have spinach and eggs or salmon with fresh salad. You can choose anything that it’s healthy and will boost your energy for the day ahead. Although you might think carbs are better suited here, they will only make you feel more tired and sleepy.

5. Music

Music is such a great way to cope with stressful periods in our lives. Therefore, adding music to your morning routine will give you an instant boost of energy. Start living the life you’ve seen in movies. Grab your toothbrush, put on your favourite tune and try to dance a little bit in the morning. It will do wonders to your mood!

6. Sleep well

Many people tend to sleep too little considering how alert their day is going to be and that impacts on their energy levels the next day. If you feel that your routine is not allowing you to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, it’s time to make some changes. For example, you can establish a schedule for going to bed and waking up in the morning – ideally at the same time everyday. Also, make sure that you have a relaxing routine before you go to bed – watching movies can be replaced with reading and talking on the phone can be replaced with meditation. These are some examples, but you can find what makes you feel relaxed and do MORE of it.

7. Stay hydrated

Maybe the cause of this lack of energy you’re experiencing is actually dehydration. You should be drinking at least 2 litters of water everyday. If water doesn’t appeal to you, you can brew natural tea or some fresh juice. Trust me when I say, drinking water is key for keeping your energy level up.

8. Finding your inner peace

As a women empowerment supporter I suggest that, you lovely woman who is reading this, to find your inner peace and find moments to relax. We as women tend to have such a busy schedule and our well-being should always come first.

How to do find your inner peace? You can take time every day to look inward and meditate about your life and your expectations of it. Journaling and yoga did wonders for me, so you can try them as well.

9. Try to avoid looking too much at a screen

Even if your job consists of looking at a computer screen for hours, you have to try looking away from time to time. Computer and phone screens can impact your energy immediately. Therefore, this tiredness you’re feeling can be justified. Taking coffee breaks, walking your dog breaks or simply meditation breaks should definitely help here.

All things considered, there are quite a few effective ways to help you boost your energy naturally. Have you ever encountered such an energy lack? How did you get over it? Until next time,

Women empowerment is so important these days, therefore I’ve decided to share with you how to feel inspired again in 5 easy steps.

Firstly, we all have those weird days when we feel uninspired and perhaps unmotivated. You might even sit there debating whether you lost the passion you once had. Not to worry. It’s completely normal to come across ups and downs in your professional and personal life. It’s all about getting back on feeling inspired again and starting all over!

I believe that you can never really lose your spark forever, sometimes it is just a matter of time until you find yourself again. It’s important that you never lose hope and maybe start trying some simple but affective exercises to stimulate your inspiration.

To get out of your inspiration blockage, you have to find some simple ways that can improve your creativity and boost your inspiration on a daily basis. Let’s explore these today!

Break the monotony

You wake up in the morning and follow the same steps you always do. And without knowing it, you fall into a daily routine. Why can it become unhealthy?

Well, it’s proven that changing your routine can do wonders for your inspiration. Repeating the same actions every day of your life can become exhausting really fast and moreover, is extremely unproductive.

Therefore, doing something new every day can increase your level of performance and productivity. Without hesitation, you will find your inspiration in simple things that you can add in your daily schedule.

For example, reading a new and exciting book can improve your creativity. You can find inspiration in one of the characters and in their stories. Let yourself go with the flow at least 30 minutes each day.

Actually, next time you are feeling uninspired don’t just accept the situation. Chose to do something a little bit different than you usually do. Also, a change of scenery is always welcomed.

Have you ever considered undertaking a course in something you enjoy? This can be a great way to break the routine. It’s all about the things you like and would love to do. Learning a new skill can improve your happiness and well-being.

Clear your mind

Women empowerment is a strong move at the moment, as it should be and as it should stay forever. Therefore, my next advice in finding inspiration is to clear your mind of all the things us as women need to think about all the time.

Living in a 24 hour society can get overwhelming and exhausting. Little things build up over the day and can easily provoke so much stress. The cities are noisy and can make you feel like you’re always in a rush. Being motivated at work and achieving all your tasks becomes harder and harder each day. Moreover, pleasing everyone drains the energy out of you.

Therefore, clearing your mind at lest 30 minutes everyday will improve your well-being, enthusiasm and inspiration.

Relax and try writing down all of the thoughts that suffocate you. It is proven that writing down your thoughts is therapeutic. Let the past stay in the past and focus on the present, stop overthinking and overwhelming yourself with everything.

However, journaling isn’t for everyone and you can try relaxing in other different ways. Maybe you can make some time for a massage session from time to time. Heal your “wounds” and try focusing on the good in your life.

Also, you can even try meditation. Work on your spiritual self and find your happiness on the way. In the end, it doesn’t matter what you actually do as long as you relax and don’t worry at least 30 minutes everyday.

Remember why you started your journey

If you are in a low point of your professional life and you can’t find a way of continuing, here is your key answer: remember why you started.

Motivate yourself and remember why you started it in the first place. Once you realise how important it used to be back then, you might come back on the right track.

Doing a rewind of your journey will help you realise how much you’ve achieved over the time and how close you are to your goal.

Keep working to fulfil your dreams and passions.

At the end of the day, you had your purpose once you started your adventure. Find it, explore it and even upgrade it. Your inspiration can also be your old self, be your own teacher and keep moving towards the best version of yourself.

Book the ticket and go

As usually, I’m trying to encourage women empowerment as much as I can. Therefore, I am now offering you my 4th advice in finding inspiration. Book that ticket and go, even on your own!

A change of scenery as big as visiting a new place is actually an amazing way of getting that inspiration back!

You can travel somewhere with lots of history and culture. Let yourself relax and also try unleashing the taste of adventure.

Break your routine and wander throughout the streets of a new city. Learn something new from another culture and I promise you will find your inspiration on the way.

Also, travelling is therapeutic from the moment you start your journey to the moment you end it. Reflect on how can you improve yourself in your way and reflect on how much you’ve changed in so little time on your way home.

Eventually, you will return happier and relaxed. All ready to build your way to success!

Connect with other people

Hearing other people’s stories and thoughts can also have a positive effect on your inspiration. Find out what makes other people move on and what motivates them.

You need social interaction in order to live happily and freely.

Therefore, the lack of communication might be the thing that made you lose your inspiration in the first place.

We, as humans need recreational time to spend outside with our loved ones.

You should always make time for socialising. Go out and have dinner somewhere nice, have a laugh, enjoy a good conversation and take some time for yourself. We all need it!

As I said before, women empowerment is extremely important, therefore I am so glad that I’ve shared with you these amazing  5 easy steps for regaining your inspiration. I hope you found them empowering and helpful.

I’m curious about what makes you feel inspired and motivated.

Lots of love,
